I’m an ambitious woman and a mumma of 3 small boys, who for many years suffered from perfectionism and high functioning anxiety. 10 years ago I burnt out, and vowed never to get so far out of balance again so I took action by investing in education to resolve it. 5 years ago I was presented with an opportunity so great I grabbed it with both hands, but ended up in the deep end again, so it deepened my search for tools to eradicate this “driving with the handbrake on” feeling. What I had discovered in my search was to truly change you need balance in both the emotional and logical parts of who we are in harmony. Something I don’t see taught very much in this space.

My whole purpose in the world is to eradicate the thought:
“I am not enough to do this thing I want to do.”
Not only for me, but I got so sick of seeing smart & highly talented women who want to make a real impact in their world suffering because they don’t know how to conquer the self-doubt and go after what they really want, full steam ahead.

Now, my mission is to help women overcome the thought that they're not good enough to pursue their dreams. I've seen so many talented women hold themselves back because of self-doubt and anxiety, and it breaks my heart. That's why I started Fident Femme, a coaching and training organization focused on helping ambitious women learn the skills they need to feel confident, balanced, and able to pursue their passions. This creates a ripple effect, not only in their lives and those around them, but our communities at large.
